Having an event? Consider having it at the Woodrow Wilson Presidential Library. The gardens and Don Wilson Hall in the Library and Research Center are available to rent for special events.
By hosting your wedding or other special event here, you will be helping to preserve the historic Manse and advance the interests of the Woodrow Wilson Presidential Library and Museum. Special use is subject to procedures and guidelines necessary to protect the historic integrity of the site and the safety and health of visitors and staff. A complimentary Family membership is included in the rental fee.
Group sizes are limited by space considerations and consideration for the security of historical collections. The following locations may accommodate a group size totaling up to and including the following number of persons:
• Historic Gardens: 150
• Terrace: 75 - 100
• Don Wilson Hall: 50
Fees are based on four hours use of the site (the period excludes set-up and clean-up time) and include service facilities (restrooms and service areas).
• Historic Gardens: $1,200
• Terrace: $800
• Gardens and Terrace: $1,600
• Don Wilson Hall: $500
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of full fee is required at the time of application. The balance is due 3 weeks before the event. Application for special use of the WWPL facilities should be made to the Administrative Officer at least 30 days in advance of the event.
