The Woodrow Wilson Presidential Library and Museum and the U.S. Postmaster of Staunton, Virginia, are sponsoring a student art contest to design a new Woodrow Wilson postmark. The winning entry will be issued at a special stamp cancellation ceremonial celebration on December 28, 2011, the 155th anniversary of President Wilson’s birthday, at the Presidential Library’s Annual Open House. The postmark will be stamped on every letter, package, and postcard sent from Staunton from that day until January 31, 2012.
