Having an event? Consider having it at the Woodrow Wilson Presidential Library. The gardens, as well as elegantly decorated meeting rooms in the Woodrow Wilson Museum facility, are available at special rates for cocktail parties, luncheons, weddings and special events.
It is the policy of the Woodrow Wilson Presidential Library Foundation to permit individuals and organizations to use designated parts of the Presidential Library properties for functions and meetings. This special use facilitates public participation in historic preservation, and advances the interests of the Woodrow Wilson Presidential Library Foundation through increased public support. Special use is subject to procedures and guidelines necessary to protect the historic integrity of the site and the safety and health of visitors and staff.
Size of Groups/Occupancy Restrictions
Group sizes are limited by space considerations, fire occupancy standards, and consideration for the security of historical collections. The following locations may accommodate a group size totaling up to and including the following number of persons:

Fee Schedule
Fees are based on four hours’ use of the site (the period excludes set-up and clean-up time) and include service facilities (restrooms, changing rooms and service areas).

A non-refundable deposit of 20% of full fee is required at the time of application. The balance is due seven (7) days before the event.
