The Woodrow Wilson Presidential Library & Museum is a garden oasis in historic, downtown Staunton, Virginia. Convenient to downtown hotels and Interstates 81/64, this historic property is perfect for the intimate garden wedding, business meeting, family reunion, and a number of other special events.
The Gardens

Located behind the birthplace of Woodrow Wilson, our terraced gardens provide several spaces for your special event. The Upper Garden features a lovely lawn, a brick path, and two gazebos that are perfect for a wedding background, band location, or beverage station. Separated from the Upper Terrace by a bow-knot garden, the brick Lower Terrace provides an ideal location for cocktails, a seated dinner, photo sessions, or other activities, and can be tented if needed. Each space can accommodate between 75 and 100 guests.
Trustee Room
Located in the Woodrow Wilson Museum, the spacious board room can accommodate you and all of your meeting needs. This space can comfortably seat 12-15 guests.
The Research Center
This versatile indoor space includes two large parlors, a sitting room, a front porch, and a back terrace. Other amenities include a full kitchen, 2 handicap-accessible restrooms, and the use of chairs, tables, and AV equipment. The capacity for this space can accommodate up to 70 guests.
