VOLUNTEER FOR US
As a nonprofit organization, we depend on community volunteers and interns to help us accomplish our mission of teaching about President Wilson and his era through interpretive tours, exhibits, programs, and the preservation of archives, artifacts, gardens, and historic structures. GIFTS TO THE PERMANENT COLLECTION
The majority of the objects in the Library & Museum's collections have been received through gifts from generous donors.  If you have materials that you believe might be of interest for inclusion in our holdings, please contact Andrew Phillips, our Museum Curator or Peggy Dillard, our Librarian and Head Archivist. Some gifts may qualify as tax-deductible donations. 

PLANNED GIVING
As you consider your financial and estate planning, we hope you will also consider the Library & Museum.  Please talk with your financial advisor regarding possible benefits as a result of your planned gift.

  • An IRA Charitable Rollover, or qualified charitable distribution (QCD), allows individuals who are 70½ years old or older to donate up to $111,000 total to one or more charities directly from a taxable IRA instead of taking their required minimum distributions. As a result, donors may avoid being pushed into higher income tax brackets and prevent phaseouts of other tax deductions, though there are some other limitations.
